Description
Facebook Strategy: Structuring Your Page, Engaging Your Community and Measuring Results
Maintain an active Facebook page that reaches your local audience and supports customer relationships
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
A Facebook page takes minutes to create and then falls dormant: irregular posts, private messages left unanswered, customer reviews ignored. Reach declines and the page ends up damaging the company's image rather than supporting it.
One day to put the page back to work: structuring information and sections, defining a sustainable editorial line, engaging the community and then handling messages and reviews. The focus is on practices specific to Facebook, in particular groups and visibility with a local audience in the UAE.
Learning objectives
- Structure a professional page and its practical information
- Define an editorial line and a sustainable posting rhythm
- Produce posts suited to Facebook formats
- Handle private messages, comments and reviews
- Read page analytics and adjust your posts accordingly
