Health and safety requirements in the UAE are spread across federal labour provisions, local authority rules, free zone or industry-specific requirements and standards applying to facilities and work equipment. Without an overall picture, organisations address issues as inspections arise and discover their gaps under scrutiny. Periodic statutory inspections are especially prone to being overlooked.

This first level provides a map of the regulatory landscape and a method for positioning your own site. Over two days, each participant identifies the families of obligations that apply to them, locates the evidence already held and assesses their level of compliance. Building a fully structured compliance register is covered at the next level.

The inspections no one can afford to forget

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
