Description

Mid-Career Review: Taking Stock, Looking Ahead and Building a Plan

Two days to review your career so far and decide what you want from the years ahead

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

After twenty years in a profession, progression slows and familiar markers shift. The role is fully mastered but the horizon can feel fixed, technical change arrives quickly and the arrival of younger colleagues raises questions. Many wait rather than decide, simply because they have never set out what they truly want.

This 14-hour in-person programme offers a structured pause. Participants take stock of what they have learned, identify their transferable skills, assess their personal constraints and build a professional plan for the years ahead. Peer exchange with professionals at the same career stage supports the individual work.

  • Take stock of the skills acquired throughout your career
  • Identify skills that are transferable to other functions
  • Assess your personal constraints and room for manoeuvre
  • Formulate a professional plan for the coming years
