Description
Office Manager Programme: Define Your Role, Benchmark Your Practices and Progress
A virtual programme to define your office manager role and target your priority development areas
- 0.75 days — 5.25 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
The office manager role is rarely exercised in the same way from one organisation to another. Most people learn on the job, and it is difficult to know whether their practices stand up to comparison. Development needs remain unclear, which makes choosing a development priority a delicate exercise.
This virtual format, delivered in short virtual classroom sessions, allows you to position your role within your organisation, benchmark your practices against those of other office managers and build a prioritised development plan. Inter-session assignments ensure each input is applied immediately to your own scope of responsibility.
Learning objectives
- Position the office manager role within your organisation
- Benchmark your practices against those of other office managers
- Identify your strengths and your priority development areas
- Build a development plan with clear deadlines
