Description
Peer Coaching Groups for Managers: Facilitating, Questioning and Generating Solutions
Two days to establish a peer group in which every manager leaves with an action to test
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
A manager facing a difficult team situation rarely talks about it. Asking for help is often seen as an admission of weakness, and exchanges between peers are limited to quick corridor advice. Everyone reinvents alone the answers that others have already tested.
Two days to practise the peer coaching method and embed it in your organisation. You take part in several complete sessions, occupying in turn the role of client, consultant and facilitator. You leave with the precise flow of a session and the conditions required to launch a group that lasts.
Learning objectives
- Describe the stages and roles of a peer coaching session
- Present a professional situation in a way a peer group can work with
- Ask questions that open up thinking without imposing a solution
- Facilitate a session by holding the framework and the timing of each stage
- Plan the launch of a peer group in your own context
