Description
Professional Resilience: Absorbing a Setback, Restarting and Sustaining Momentum
Two days to regain momentum after a professional setback and strengthen your support base
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
A project shelved after two years of work, a role eliminated, a public failure in a meeting. After the shock, many professionals keep moving mechanically without having processed anything, and the next minor incident then takes on disproportionate weight.
This 14-hour programme focuses on the ability to absorb a professional setback and then restart. Participants analyse what helped them through past difficulties, examine the way they interpret failure, identify the relational support they can draw on and prepare the conditions for a realistic restart.
Learning objectives
- Analyse the resources that made it possible to get through a past setback
- Identify your habitual way of interpreting professional failure
- Formulate an alternative reading of a difficult situation
- Identify the relational support available in periods of fragility
- Build the steps of a restart following a setback
