Description
Project Management with Notion: Structuring, Linking Databases and Automating
Bring tasks, deliverables, risks and meeting notes together in a single project workspace that stays up to date
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Project tracking lives in a spreadsheet that circulates by email and nobody knows which version is authoritative. Meeting notes sit in a shared folder. Tasks live in another application. The risk log exists only in the project manager's head. Every meeting begins with a reconstruction of the facts.
These two days teach participants how to build a single project workspace in Notion. Each participant structures task and deliverable databases, then links them together. They build the tracking views that each stakeholder actually needs and set up the automations that lighten the weekly update routine.
Learning objectives
- Structure a project workspace in Notion using linked databases
- Configure the properties required to track tasks and deliverables
- Build filtered views tailored to each project stakeholder
- Create page templates for meetings and meeting notes
- Automate reminders and the consolidation of reporting
- Organise access rights and sharing with external contributors
