The same question put to an artificial intelligence tool can produce either unusable text or a result you can work with straight away. The difference rarely comes from the tool and almost always from the way the request is written. Without clear guidance, beginners give up after a few disappointing attempts.

One day to learn how to build a complete request: setting out the context, the role expected, the task and the output format, providing examples, then following up to refine. Participants compare results obtained before and after rewording in real time, and build a library of standard requests for their recurring needs.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
