Description
Psychosocial Risks: Spotting the Signals, Raising Concerns and Signposting to Support
Knowing what to do when a colleague is clearly struggling, without stepping into the role of a health professional
- 0.43 days — 3 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
One employee withdraws. Another makes repeated errors and reacts sharply over a minor detail. Colleagues can see that something is deteriorating, yet everyone waits for the situation to resolve itself. Without shared reference points, concerns are raised far too late and often amount to little more than noting a prolonged absence.
Three hours online to name psychosocial risks starting from real work situations, then to identify who to alert and how to do it. The module provides simple detection markers and clarifies the role of each party: the line manager, employee representatives and occupational health services.
Learning objectives
- Identify the main psychosocial risk factors within work organisation
- Spot individual and collective signals of deterioration
- Raise a concern with the right person at the right time
- Signpost an employee in difficulty towards internal and external support channels
What makes this programme different
