Description

Quality of Working Life: Diagnosis, Action Plan and Indicators

Building a quality of working life approach anchored in the reality of day-to-day work

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Quality of working life initiatives are often reduced to visible measures: concierge services, relaxation sessions, themed weeks. Employees appreciate the gesture, yet nothing changes in their daily work. The organisational difficulties and irritants reported for months remain firmly in place.

This one-day introduction refocuses the approach on the content and organisation of work. Unlike a programme centred on psychosocial risks, it starts from the actual conditions in which activity is carried out. Participants learn to establish a shared diagnosis, to open up spaces for discussion about work and to build a measurable action plan.

Learning objectives

  • Define the scope of quality of working life and working conditions
  • Establish a diagnosis based on workforce data and employee feedback
  • Facilitate a space for discussion about work and report back on its outcomes
  • Build an action plan addressing the organisation and content of work
  • Involve the management line and employee representatives in the approach
  • Select the indicators needed to measure the effects of the actions

What makes this programme different

Comfort-oriented measures are clearly distinguished from actions that change working conditions
A space for discussion about work is facilitated in the session with its full framework
The action plan is built on the workforce data actually available to participants
