Handing goods over to a carrier commits far more than a price per kilometre: transport documents, quoted transit times, liability in the event of loss or damage, and customs obligations for shipments leaving or entering the GCC. Shippers often discover these rules only when a dispute arises, once reservations have not been recorded in time.

These two days provide the shipper's reference points: selecting the service provider, reading the contract of carriage, documents required for domestic and cross-border movements, cost structure and cost control, and dispute handling. The programme is delivered virtually and is based on real documents that have been anonymised.
