Description

Team Coaching in the Workplace: Strengthening Cohesion and Collective Performance

Lead a team coaching approach that delivers commitments actually kept, not good intentions

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Team away-days often leave little behind: the day is enjoyed, tensions return the following week and the commitments made quietly dissolve. The real difficulties stay unspoken, whether it is unclear allocation of roles, decisions never actually taken or long-standing conflicts that no one names.

Two hours to lay the foundations of a team coaching approach: reading how the team functions, framing the request, running collective sessions and following up on commitments. The short format prioritises facilitation sequences that can be reproduced directly with your own team.

Learning objectives

  • Analyse how a team functions and identify where it is blocked
  • Clarify the request with the sponsor before any intervention
  • Set a working framework accepted by the team
  • Facilitate a resolution session on a sensitive topic
  • Formalise commitments that are tracked over time

What makes this programme different

A framework for reading team dynamics that can be used from the very first meeting
Facilitation sequences that can be reproduced without any special materials
Follow-up of commitments built into the design of the approach
