Description

Team Cohesion: Setting Shared Ground Rules, Building Unity and Reviving Mutual Support

Two days to unite a team that works side by side without genuinely cooperating

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Everyone does their own part correctly but nobody looks at what their colleague is doing. Information circulates poorly, mutual support is rare and long-standing tensions remain unresolved. The team adds up individual skills without producing a collective result.

These two days focus on building and sustaining cohesion. You will analyse how your team actually operates, then prepare the shared ground rules, rituals and collective moments that make cooperation possible. The final session addresses partially remote teams.

Learning objectives

  • Analyse how your team actually operates and where it gets stuck
  • Identify the roles each person occupies within the group
  • Develop shared ways of working together with the team
  • Facilitate collective sessions that genuinely produce cooperation
  • Sustain connection within a partially remote team

What makes this programme different

A diagnosis of your own team's functioning completed during the session
Team rituals designed and then tested in sub-groups
A dedicated sequence on teams spread across several locations
