Trainer’s E-Learning Pack: Storyboard, Produce and Facilitate Your Modules

Turn classroom content into online modules that learners actually complete

The classroom deck has been uploaded to the platform and learners drop out after a few screens. Modules simply string together slides read aloud, quizzes test recall rather than capability, and nothing tells the trainer where learners get stuck. Moving online has amounted to little more than changing the delivery medium.

This seven-hour day provides a working method for designing remote learning. Participants learn to break content into short learning nuggets, write a learning storyboard and a script, produce audio and video sequences with simple tools, and organise the support that keeps engagement alive through to the end of the pathway.

2Producing the Content

Building with simple tools

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
