A development scheme affects a watercourse, a coastal or wetland area, or the management of stormwater, and the project suddenly enters an approval process nobody had anticipated. The authorities request additional information. The habitat survey was not carried out in the right season. The project owner discovers at the end of the design phase that the submission must be reworked.

Two days, in-person or virtual, to master these submissions. You scope the project against the applicable permitting thresholds and categories. You organise impact studies and field surveys in the right order. You compile the file and follow it through review. You then translate the conditions imposed into construction obligations and monitoring duties.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
