Description

Management: Organising, Leading and Supporting Your Team Day to Day

A digital learning path to establish your first management reference points and apply them from the following week

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

The promotion arrived without a user manual. Former colleagues have become team members, and the right professional distance is still to be found. Days fill up with technical files while people management waits for a quieter moment that never comes.

A digital learning path made up of short modules that you complete over the timeframe of your choice. You establish the foundations of the role, then organise your team's work around verifiable objectives. Finally, you work on day-to-day team leadership: running a team meeting, addressing a performance gap and handling tension between two team members.

Learning objectives

  • Identify which responsibilities belong to the manager and which remain technical
  • Set verifiable objectives for each team member
  • Delegate an activity with built-in checkpoints
  • Conduct a one-to-one review meeting that ends with clear commitments
  • Run a short and genuinely useful team meeting
  • Address tension between two team members
