Description

CSR Communication: Building the Message, Publishing Results and Earning Trust

Report on your CSR approach with verifiable evidence rather than promises

  • 5 days — 35 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

Clients, employees, candidates and partners now expect organisations to account for their CSR performance, and they quickly spot the gap between words and actions. Teams hesitate: saying too much invites accusations of greenwashing, while saying nothing leaves real progress invisible and disengages employees.

This thirty-five-hour programme starts from stakeholder expectations, links every message to an action and a tracked indicator, then equips participants to draft the report, adapt it by channel and respond to criticism. Each participant builds the communication plan for their own organisation.

Learning objectives

  • Identify stakeholder expectations regarding CSR information
  • Select verifiable indicators to report on results
  • Build a message aligned with the actions actually undertaken
  • Draft a CSR report and its results sections
  • Adapt communication to channels and audiences
  • Prevent misleading claims and respond to public challenges

What makes this programme different

Every message produced is tested against the evidence available within the organisation
A complete CSR communication plan is built around the participant's own case
Environmental claims are screened through a structured verification grid
