Description

The Inclusive Organisation: Assessing Practices, Taking Action and Measuring Impact

A short format to move from stated inclusion commitments to practices that can be verified

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Many organisations publish an inclusion policy without any real change in day-to-day practice. Recruitment keeps producing the same profiles. The same people speak in meetings and promotions follow familiar routes. Employees notice the gap between the messaging and their daily experience, and the initiative loses all credibility.

This short format is designed for professionals who have already launched an initiative and want to make it work in practice. It covers the assessment of actual practices, the levers available within HR processes and everyday management, and then how to measure effects without relying solely on self-reported indicators.

Learning objectives

  • Assess an organisation's actual practices beyond its stated commitments
  • Identify the stages of HR processes where differences in treatment occur
  • Select action levers suited to the size and sector of the organisation
  • Involve managers and employee representatives in the initiative
  • Measure the effects achieved using indicators that go beyond self-reporting

What makes this programme different

An assessment focused on HR processes rather than stated intentions
A choice of levers weighed against the resources genuinely available
