The supply chain absorbs shocks it never anticipated. Sales forecasts and supply plans do not speak to each other, safety stock levels are set case by case, and every supplier failure is handled in emergency mode. Environmental commitments remain disconnected from day-to-day trade-offs.
These five virtual hours provide a management perspective. Participants structure the planning process, identify critical dependencies, build continuity scenarios and embed environmental criteria into transport and supplier selection.

- Assessment
- Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
- After the programme
- One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
