Description
Balance and Health at Work: Reading Your Signals, Managing Your Workload and Recovering
Act on your organisation and your limits before fatigue becomes a lasting condition
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Fragmented days, constant requests, a blurred line between professional and personal life: many employees keep going by drawing on their reserves, without noticing the moment when fatigue stops being temporary. General advice on wellbeing is not enough when the workload itself is never discussed.
Two days to take stock of how you actually operate and regain control: recognising your warning signals, analysing your real workload, setting limits you can sustain and organising recovery. The programme addresses each participant's personal balance rather than the management of an organisation-wide initiative.
