Automating a process you do not fully understand simply accelerates the disorder. In many departments the reality of the work sits in habits, parallel spreadsheets and manual rework that nobody has ever formalised. Teams then look for somewhere to place AI without knowing where the waiting times, the duplicate data entry and the back-and-forth actually occur.

This 7-hour programme starts from the ground up. Each participant maps a process from their own department, measures cycle times and rework, identifies the tasks that can be automated, then designs a target process that separates what AI handles, what existing tools already do and what must remain a human decision.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
