Description

Corporate Culture and HR Strategy: Diagnose, Define and Embody

Identify what genuinely shapes your corporate culture and translate it into consistent HR practices

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Stated values do not always match what happens inside teams. Employees immediately notice the gap between the official message and the decisions taken on recruitment, promotions or departures. The HR function then finds itself defending a culture that day-to-day practice contradicts every week.

Two days to observe the actual culture rather than the declared one, then to check that HR processes genuinely support it. The work is based on real situations and leads to precise adjustments to existing practices.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the observable elements of an organisation's culture
  • Measure the gap between declared culture and lived culture
  • Assess how consistent HR processes are with the target culture
  • Translate a strategic direction into concrete HR practices
  • Support cultural change without artificial messaging

What makes this programme different

Culture is analysed through real decisions rather than displayed values
Every HR process is examined for the behaviours it actually rewards
The work concludes with three precise adjustments to the participant's HR practices
