Description
CSR in Human Resources: Framing, Engaging and Tracking Actions
Two days to turn a stated commitment into concrete and verifiable human resources actions
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Senior management has announced a corporate social responsibility commitment and the human resources function inherits the social dimension without a method or dedicated resources. Actions already exist but they are scattered, never mapped and invisible. At the same time, clients, candidates and employees are asking increasingly precise questions.
These 14 hours organise the move from intention to evidence. Participants define the social scope of their approach, map existing practices, involve stakeholders, prioritise achievable actions and set the indicators that will allow them to report without over-promising.
Learning objectives
- Define the social scope of a corporate social responsibility approach
- Map existing human resources practices against the priorities selected
- Involve internal stakeholders in building the approach
- Prioritise actions in line with priorities and available resources
- Define tracking indicators for each action launched
- Report on the approach to management and employees
