Description

Digital Recruitment: Sourcing, Attracting Candidates and Tracking Results

Post less but better, and reach the profiles that job adverts alone no longer bring into your talent pool

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Posting an advert is no longer enough for most hard-to-fill roles. Applications arrive in small numbers or off target. Campaigns consume budget without any clear view of what actually worked, and candidates approached directly do not reply to messages that are visibly standardised.

Two days to build a complete approach: writing adverts that set out the real content of the role, active sourcing on professional networks, personalised direct approaches and channel-by-channel tracking of results. All exercises are based on a role that each participant genuinely needs to fill.

Learning objectives

  • Write a job advert that sets out the real content of the role
  • Build a candidate search query on professional networks
  • Personalise a direct approach message and follow up without being intrusive
  • Select publication channels suited to the role and the budget
  • Organise application processing and candidate responses
  • Measure results by channel and adjust the next campaign
