Description
Internal Communication: Mapping Channels, Writing Messages and Measuring Impact
Two days to rebuild an internal communication set-up overloaded with channels and barely read
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Employees receive messages by email, through the intranet, on notice boards and via instant messaging tools. Information is duplicated, contradicted and eventually ignored. Frontline teams without a computer workstation are often left outside these circuits.
This 14-hour programme focuses on rebuilding an internal communication set-up from the ground up. Participants map existing channels and how they are actually used, reposition each message on the right medium, address change communication and define simple tracking indicators. The work is based on the arrangements currently in place in each participant's organisation.
