Description
Psychosocial Risk Prevention Level 1: Diagnose, Substantiate and Report
Produce a psychosocial risk diagnosis that withstands challenge and leads to useful action
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Expert
- Up to 6 participants
Psychosocial risks first appear as symptoms: repeated absences, tension within a team, alerts raised by employee representatives or by occupational health professionals. Without a method, the analysis drifts towards personalising conflicts, the findings are contested and the action plan is reduced to individual measures.
These two days equip you for the diagnostic phase: setting up the joint governance framework, selecting sources and methods, conducting interviews and workplace observations, analysing risk factors by work unit and then reporting the findings. You leave with a complete approach, from the terms of reference to the presentation of results to management and employee bodies.
Learning objectives
- Define the framework and mandate of a psychosocial risk diagnosis with stakeholders
- Select relevant indicators and data sources
- Conduct individual and group interviews focused on actual work activity
- Analyse risk factors by work unit rather than by individual
- Report usable findings and prioritise possible courses of action
