Quality Control Manager: Organising Inspections, Ensuring Reliability and Deciding

Quality control is caught between delivery deadlines and the fear of a customer claim. Inspection points have been added incident after incident and never removed. Measuring equipment is not consistently monitored and two inspectors reach different conclusions on the same part. Decisions on doubtful batches are taken without any record.

These 21 hours professionalise the function. Participants learn to build a control plan focused on critical characteristics, to ensure the reliability of measuring equipment, to use results to detect process drift and to organise decision-making on non-conforming products. They leave with a revised control plan and a written decision process.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
