Description

Self-Awareness in Teams: Identify, Understand and Cooperate Day to Day

Three days to understand how you operate within a team and cooperate with very different colleagues

  • 3 days — 21 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Within a team, the same irritants keep resurfacing: a colleague who decides without consulting anyone, another who wants to validate everything, discussions that stall on method rather than substance. Everyone attributes this friction to other people's personalities and no one examines their own share in how the group works.

This 21-hour programme focuses on day-to-day cooperation. Over three days, each participant identifies their own way of operating within a team and their unspoken expectations, then works through common cooperation situations. The work remains anchored in real team situations rather than in the exploration of personal history.

Learning objectives

  • Describe your usual way of operating in collective work
  • Identify your unspoken expectations of colleagues
  • Recognise a colleague's operating style from observable facts
  • Adapt the way you collaborate with a profile opposite to your own
  • Address a team disagreement without making it personal

What makes this programme different

The situations worked on are real team irritants brought by participants
Sub-groups deliberately made up of opposing operating styles
A cooperation agreement drafted for two identified colleagues
